Everyone's Doing It

Well since just about everyone that I know has a blog, I thought I would start one. Not that I am very witty, or will have anything interesting to say. But as I will be making a wedding cake for my Step-Sister Nicole in March, and I am in need of practicing my cake skills, I thought I would share with you all my creations.

I will be trying different products and techniques, and posting them on here. Feel free to tell me what you like the best, because I am not sure the Bride has decided what she wants the cake to look like yet...so for now I am just having fun.

When I have a chance I will also post some of my older creations for you to see also.
